Is there a collector or crafter in cantha that can craft a plagueborn skinned curse weapon..

i cant fidn anything on wiki about it

Collectors only offer a certain specific type of skin depending on what the weapon is called (for dagger mastery, there are dirks and butterfly knives. For swordsmanship, there's dadao and something else I can't remember.). So no, there is no plagueborn stuff.
